In 2010, the Board of Directors of American Assist International decided to create a Global Service Center, located in Pereira, Colombia, where all Assistance Service Operations for most branches in South & Central America and the Caribbean would be managed and directed. Additional facilities that operate as Satellite Centers are managed from Pereira and are located in Mexico, Venezuela, Paraguay and Brazil.

manage Assistance Service Operations in this centralized way.
